ACCOMMODATION
It is located in an exceptional location, in the heart of Seville, next to the monumental area. The apartment is brand new, since it was restored with luxury materials in May 2017, it is very, very spacious with 180 m2.

It is a third floor in a quiet building with design decoration and with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, huge living room, nice and bright. It also has a balcony in the living room. The apartment has all the comforts that you or your family may need to travel without worrying about anything.

The large kitchen has: fridge, hob, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer. In addition to crockery and all the necessary utensils to have an exceptional stay.

The apartment also has WIFI, Air conditioning, Smart TV 49 ”, welcome pack, iron, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, towels, Playstation 3 and Wii on request. As you can see, you have almost anything you may need.

The bedrooms are divided into:
Large master bedroom with two large single beds of 105x190, en suite bathroom and a built-in wardrobe.

A very spacious second bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds of 90x200 and built-in wardrobe.

A third large bedroom that has a double bed of 150x200 for two people plus a built-in wardrobe.

The fourth bedroom is also very spacious, and has 2 single beds of 105x200, in addition to a built-in wardrobe.

Among these 3 bedrooms, the apartment has 2 full bathrooms and additional design to the one with the master bedroom suite.

Subject to availability we have the possibility to offer parking within 2 minutes walking.

Check-In is available from the first day you have booked after 15:00, but if necessary we could receive you before and store your bags at no additional cost so you can enjoy the city.

Lovely family stay in Sevilla

Our family stayed for a quick weekend trip in Sevilla (2 children, aged 6 and 7) - perfect place! Very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely host and the location can’t be beat.

A fantastic stay in the heart of Seville

Our multi-generational family of 6 (grandparents, parents, one teen and one adult son) loved this apartment! Elevators, large rooms, plenty of bathrooms, lovely balcony, laundry, and best of all the location. Angela was wonderful and helped us with check in, restaurant recommendations, etc. If you're thinking of staying in Seville, this is the place.

Excellent location, great property and very good hosts

Property is everything it was advertised to be. It was very clean and well maintained. It is walking distance from all key landmarks and restaurants. Parking is in the building but charges were not outlined in the description. Minor issue with the master bathroom door that did not close properly. Requires manager to be there at time of arrival to let you in the parking garage as the door is closed. The street leading to the garage is narrow and blocks traffic if you have a big vehicle and garage door is not open. You will block the traffic! So make sure you communicate with the host as you are about to arrive. I would gladly stay at this property again. Loved it.

Lovely apartment centrally located

Beautiful apartment, 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; perfect for our 3-generation family traveling around Spain. The kitchen was smaller than we are accustomed to, however, every appliance needed was available. Using WhatsApp to communicate with our host was VERY helpful as we had questions during our stay. One tip: there is a front door release button (white square-looks like a light switch) to leave the building at the top of the steps in the lobby/ entryway.

Beautiful property in a perfect location

El Arenal was just perfect for our large family vacation in Sevilla. Clean, beautiful, and perfectly located within walking distance to all the sights! Jose and team were wonderful and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed.

We asked for an extra set key and thay arrived next day as we are 3 couples. We didn't see the exit door switch maybe should of been shown. We would strongly recommend a visit to Seville and this was the ideal place to stop.

Wonderful Host and Wonderful Apartment

The owner was very helpful in that we was early and she let us in and explained everything about the apartment and attractions nearby all with a lovely smile. The apartment had all that one would need situated central to the centre of Seville it was spotlessly clean with plenty of space. When we left we had a late flight and she generously stored our bags in her office till the evening. Thank you so much for making our stay very enjoyable.

A long overdue return to Sevillia

The apartment is in an ideal location, 10 mins walk to the Cathedral but quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen are excellent and well equipped. The weather was hot but the apartment is cool even without using the air con We would use this one again

Great location!

One of the most well equipped and beautifully furnished rental properties! The apartment had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The best party is the location. All attractions within walking distance and restaurants/bars only a block away. We had a wonderful stay and this apartment was our favorite!

We have stayed in several VRBO apartments in various cities, and thus is certainly on of the best. Immaculately clean, interesting decor, very comfortable rooms. Prompt, accurate communication prior to our arrival, and Jose greeted us when we came. He gave us very thorough written information regarding local needs like grocery store, as well as instructions for stove and washing machine--helpful for us "foreigners"--and maps and info about Seville. An added nicety were the staples in the kitchen, so we didn't have to buy items we'd only use a little bit of, like olive oil. And nespresso pods--what a treat! The location of course was perfect to explore Seville. We highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our 5 nights here. Our group of 3 couples were very comfortable. 4 couples could easily stay here if prepared to share a bathroom. Jose is a great manager and so polite. Great location, HUGE apartment, perfect place to stay in Seville

This apartment is in the perfect location for experiencing the heart of Seville. Close to many restaurants, sights, and transport. Made it easy to walk around throughout the day and come back for a quick rest in the afternoon. The apartment itself is very large with spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a large common area. The bathrooms were equipped with essentials, and the kitchen even had some coffee & tea for us to use, which was a nice touch. Jose met us and was flexible on arranging an exact check-in time. He helped us park our rather large van in the garage and went on to explain all features of the apartment, as well as provide a detailed overview of nearby sights, shops, and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend staying here!

The drains in two of the showers were not draining well which we mentioned when we left so hopefully they cleaned the drains. Jose gave us a good overview of information on our arrival. Excellent location, with good parking and great hosts

We recommend you stay at this apartment. The apartment is located just inside the historical district (Calle Castelar) and is easy to access with a car. Also the apartment comes with a large parking space in an adjacent garage. It was very easy to park. Most of the monuments are 5-10 minutes short walk. Lots of restaurants are in the area. The apartment has two elevators. Couldn't be easier to get to the third floor. With four bedrooms and three full baths, you can host a lot of people. The apartment has been recently remodeled and still has a new look. The air conditioning works great :). Trust me, with daytime temps of 40 and nighttime temps of 35, you want good air conditioning. All bedrooms and living spaces have vents and the apartment was pleasantly cool. The apartment has wireless, SmartTV (bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime password), a functional kitchen and Nespresso machine - a big deal for my wife. The apartment is in q quiet location. There was not lots of street noise. During our visit, the hot water machine broke (apparently it was newly installed) and required a part that would take two weeks to obtain. Jose and Angela offered to move us to another similar apartment 3 minutes away or allow us to use the shower - our choice. We appreciated the prompt response to an unforceable problem. We found the beds too hard for our tastes but your mileage may vary. We recommend that you stay in this apartment or any of the properties managed by Jose and Angela.

Comfortable and spacious apartment as well as close to attractions.

The property is well equipped and contains all necessities of a typical home. It is located two blocks from The Cathedral and La Giralda, as well as shopping, restaurants, and taxi services. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jose responded quickly with any questions and assistance we needed, including pre-arrival questions, greeting us upon arrival and assisting us to call and request taxi services to our front door upon departure. We would definitely recommend this location for future travelers!

Geräumige Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim check-in gab es viele Tipps für Tapasrestaurants und Ausflüge. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, ruhig gelegen und 5 min von der Kathedrale entfernt. Die übrigens vom Balkon aus zu sehen ist. Gern wieder....
