Perfect location

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was walking distance to most everything we wanted to visit. Near many bars and restaurants, beautiful parks and squares. A little noisy at night but worth it for the atmosphere and central location.

Good location but could do better

We use apartments quite frequently on city breaks and have come to expect certain standards and features. This apartment was OK, but there were niggles. From a cleanliness point of view, we found long black hairs in the bathroom, and a towel hanging in the shower was stained, so we weren't sure if it was clean or not. Also, items such as an empty box of tissues would indicate that not a lot of care went into the pre-rental clean. We arrived when it was uncharacteristically cold and wet in Seville, and the apartment was very cold when we got there. I tried to put the heating on, but there were no instructions how to set it, and the day and time were all wrong on the timer. I resolved it by looking at Youtube, but it would have been good to have instructions available. Similarly, it's fairly standard to have some sort of user guide to an apartment and for there to be a list of local stores/restaurants recommended by the owners. We had none of this, although in their defence I should add that there are many good eateries wihin a few minutes walk. Towels and bed linen all felt a bit worn out. The only contact we had with the owners was via e mail or text, which is fine, but it would have been nice to meet somebody at the outset. The keyless entry system, where the door to the building and apartment is opened by an app on a smartphone is pretty neat, but do take the physical keys with you too if you go out, as one one occasion, neither my own, or my wife's phone, would open the building door. There is a lot of choice of apartment in Seville, as well as some great hotels, so it's a shame that this didn't meet our expectations.

My first visit to Sevilla.

Enjoyed my stay. Location is great. Electronic check in a tad difficult but it all worked in the end. If you aren’t used to that sort of thing it can be daunting. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Great Location!

Great location to see the sights of Centro Seville! Clean, but only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for a week? Twin beds were fine for the kids, double was smaller than expected with only a body pillow. Wifi only works in front of the house. We had to stay together, since key and convenient wireless access worked for the building, but only the wireless worked to get in the front door. Only had wireless on one phone. Water pressure in shower was low, but got nice and hot! Loved the neighborhood!

Perfectly located spot in Seville

This very comfortable apartment is in a perfect location, close to the cool shaded park near Alcazar but also only a block or two from the busy cobbled streets and cafes and flamenco spots. One of the highlights for us during our short stay was our stroll to the Plaza de Espana. Our host was also very nice and helpful and provided parking close by, which is a huge and apparently unusual benefit of this apartment.

Perfect location, the apartment is exactly as described

This apartment is located right on the edge of the Santa Cruz neighborhood in Seville. It is exactly as depicted in photos and described on this site. Upon arrival, we were met by Maria, who was waiting for us at the parking location, as we arrived by rental car. She showed us where to park and lead us to the apartment which is a short distance away. Once we arrived, we were given a tour of the space and a map of the city. She patiently sat down with us and gave us plenty of recommendations of sites to visit, restaurants to try and things to avoid. We happened to arrive during the week when the King of Spain was to arrive in town, which made driving nearly impossible, therefore she recommended that we leave the car parked and see the city on foot or by bike, which was an excellent idea in hindsight! We highly recommend this apartment. You cannot go wrong with the location! Thank you Jose and especially Maria!

Fantastic stay

We loved the apartment and had an amazing stay in Seville. The apartment is close to all the main sites, a short and interesting walk to spectacular venues. Restaurants and tapas bars abound within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable and Laura was very gracious and helpful on our arrival. Taxis are available just around the corner but we only needed one at the end of our stay. Everything is walkable so don't even consider renting car. Fantastic place to vacation and we were sad to leave. Thank you, Laura and Jose Antonio.

Perfect location. So close to everything. The Alacazar, the cathedral, bars, restaurants

Friendly host with good recommendations. Located very close to the action but not too noisy. Could walk everywhere in just a few minutes. Parking was convenient nearby in the garage prebooked with the host. Would happily stay there again.

Excellent property

The apartment is ideally situated for seeing many of Sevilla's attractions on foot. It is very well appointed and served us well. It is very quiet too being tucked away down a narrow street. Although you can cook in the apartment, it is hard not to be tempted to the many tapas bars and restaurants only a stone's throw away. Laura met us on arrival and gave us a full and very informative briefing. We plan to stay again when we next visit Sevilla.

Lovely -- In the heart of it all :)

Wonderful beautifully kept apartment in the heart of the historic district. The apartment was charming and spotless. Great area -- close to a beautiful park and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. I loved having this respite from the city. My only complaints---the neighbors were noisy and stayed up late--till 1 am. If you are a light sleeper -- this might be an issue. And the towels were extremely scratchy. But aside from those points, I would highly, highly recommend. Thank you!

Great location and host

The best part of our stay was the location of the suite, within walking distance of many historic sites and restaurants and bars a plenty, just steps from the apartment. Next, our host was excellent - friendly and helpful with sightseeing tips in English and an offer to drive us back to the airport for less than a taxi, which we accepted. The apartment was fine, very basic but suited our needs. Because it was Semana Santa (Easter Week), the price was higher than usual, so the value seemed a bit low for the price we paid. The apartment was clean, but the beds and linens were old and could use an upgrade. Seville is a wonderful city, and we enjoyed our stay!

Ideal base to explore Seville

We were met by Ricardo exactly as agreed who showed us around the appt. the appt was ideal and altho we eat out all the time, was suited to make tea and coffee etc. Ricardo was superb with detailed information and helping us out when our return flight was cancelled due to snow in uk. Overall, loved the appt, adored Seville and we will return when the weather improves. Thank you

Great place to stay, perfect location!!!

The property we stayed is walking distance from all important sightseeing of Seville, bars, shops and restaurants. It is located in quiet street, allowing us to have a good rest, but only meters from vibrant streets, filled with many attractions.Many supermarkets and bakeries around. Apartment itself was exactly as on the pictures, with well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. It has an access to top floor balcony, where you can eat, relax or sunbathe. We had fantastic 4 days stay, and if returning to Seville I will definitely contact the owners for availability. Communication with Jose and Ricardo was outstanding, on arrival we were given hints and tips about the city. We also were given a ride to an airport at a great price. Thank you a lot for making our stay pleasant, we love Seville!!!
