This spacious apartment (almost 100 m2.) is located on the ground floor of a beautiful building. It is located in the emblematic Seville neighborhood of San Bernardo. Is a very central area but, at the same time it is a very quiet place. It consists of three rooms (sleeps 6-7), with 2 double beds in the first two rooms, and two large single beds (105 m wide) in the third. The living room is spacious qnd bright. It has two bathrooms
.It is located just a five-minute walk from Plaza de España and María Luisa Park. In addition, the Metro-centro, literally two minutes from the door of the property, will leave you in 10 minutes at the foot of the Seville Cathedral, La Giralda and "El barrio de Santa Cruz".
