Casa Triana is an oasis in Seville. We splurge on the panoramic apartment, and it looked exactly on the pictures on the website, beautifully decorated with modern moorish details, impeccably clean, and comfortable. There are less than 10 rooms in the casa, feels private, and such a retreat from the rest of the city. The location is convenient, only 15 minutes walking away from the heart of Seville. Ann Mendoza at the front desk is a delight, she reached out few days so we can secure the door codes for the check in. She is friendly and made sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. Breakfast each day is delivered to the room, plentiful, and delicious. Casa Triana is a delight and a great value for all the amenities.

Lovely and spacious suites, tastefully designed. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful, we looked forward to it every morning. Ana at the front desk is exceptionally hospitable. Fantastic! Clean, creative space, 2 room suite over two floors that worked well for our young family. Ana at reception was wonderful and communicative throughout. Cleaners were lovely and made a fuss of our small boys which was really nice.

The room was in good condition although it had a strong smell of damp/humidity - so strong we immediately had to open a window but the smell remained. It became apparent later that the drain on the upstairs shower was insufficient for that the water escapes and finds its way downstairs. As for the check-in experience, the booking confirmation email said that check in time was at 16:00. And having advised our arrival for that time, there was nobody in reception, all we had was a QR code that the door bell at the entrance could not read. We had to phone the hotel’s main line an d a very helpful lady provided the code.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast brought to the roon each morning was perfdct, meat, cheese, croissants, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and cereal. Very nice and heloful staff. Quiet and excellent location for walking to all the sites. Many local restaurants in the area.

A calm luxurious oasis in a vibrant city.

Such a luxurious apartment, fantastic location, on the banks of the river, only a 10 minute walk into the centre, but so quiet and peaceful inside. The beds are supremely comfortable with gorgeous bed linen, huge shower with all the luxury toiletries you need. The breakfast was delicious: cereal, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries and cold meats and cheeses. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault this and will be recommending to our friends and family.

This is how I imagine a luxury apartment! It was spacious, very clean with welcome gift of bowl of fresh and delicious fruit and bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge on arrival. They also delivered breakfast into our room. We went in early October when the Sevilla weather is still very very warm, AC worked perfectly. The neighborhood is fun, walkable with millions of easy dining options. The communication with te staff was efficient but not overwhelming. Available public parking is about 2 minutes walk from the house, so was very easy with the luggages as well.

Great apartment. We had number 7, which had the entire front of the floor the property with a terrace and views of the river and the main sites in Seville. Nice neighborhood, more residential feel than right across the river. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby along the river right outside the front door. When you enter the property you come into an enclosed courtyard. Charming entry, courtyard, etc. Modern and clean with a kitchen and living area in an open loft configuration. Plenty of windows and great ceiling height. Two full baths was a unique plus, so never waiting for a turn. Great staff brought breakfast everyday and then cleaned the apartment while we were out. Only quibble we had was sofa was a bit too soft so couldn’t sit there for long, which we didn’t do because we were so close to so many of the things we wanted to do and see during our stay. Washing machine and dryer available on the roof was a nice to have too!

There is no front desk service after 3pm, which is not made clear in the hotel listing and at the time of booking. Hence you need to fill in an online reservation form. Also the signage for it is not clear, so took a long time to find at night.

We've stayed in this building before (hence the return visit) but this time could only get a duplex apartment. The accommodation was not quite as good, but breakfasts were as good as ever, and the staff / reception as helpful as usual. Again, great central location, neat to city centre, a metro station and a Mercadona.
