Very nice hotel well situated. Our room was given inside ( lacked in natural light) the bath was too big and difficult to reach for the shower not elderly friendly. It was shame the lobby didn’t have comfortable sitting at the bar . The bar area could be far more attractive and comfortable with armchairs and table ( miss opportunity for the hotel will attract more business) all staffs very nice. Pool area is the more disappointing of all hotel lack of shade ( umbrella needed) The food at the restaurant was poor for a hotel of this category.

Great family stay

We booked a premium connecting family room and were upgraded to a more spacious option. The suit was comfortable, spacious, well decorated/appointed and clean. It was quiet, the shower is excellent and the beds were comfortable. Wonderful buffet breakfast with great variety. We had dinner at Burladero one night and it was very good. Great location with easy walk to many sites/dining options.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with shopping stores and restaurants nearby, and it’s within easy walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, even helping to prepare takeaway breakfasts for our day tours. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, but I would suggest offering a few ready-to-eat hot dishes to reduce wait times for guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
