Not a bike friendly property unless you pay extra.The overall room was fine, nice room and clean! The water heat was so so. On the day of arrival, we showered to warmish cool water, the next morning it was better. The most frustrating was having to pay extra 5euro per bicycle per night. We are on tour around Europe and this was our first experience of having to pay 20euros extra to place our bikes in a small supply room and we could not lock them. There would have been ample space in our room, but they refused. Overall, we would return to this hotel would it not be for the bikes, we want to ensure cyclist out there are aware.

First night we arrived there our room was on the top of the building and the heat system was awful and kept us up all night before New Year’s Eve. We could not sleep. It was turning on and off and blowing hot air with very irregular temperatures and then when we turned it off, the room won’t get very cold. We were moved to another room the next night, which was fine but I would like to get some kind of credit for the night that we felt miserable and that affected our enjoyment of the New Year’s Eve the next day.

The best bit of this hotel is location, close to mostly everything you need, the surrounding atmosphere was vibrant and lively. Reception was very helpful. Room was clean, well mostly , cleaners forgot to check the bottom of bed where some socks were left by previous guest, minor issue. Bedsteads need some cushion type of thing as it makes noise while moving during sleep and I heard the same from other rooms also. BTW, they don't provide coffee inside the rooms, only teas. The bathroom was good but the door was hard to close, needs adjusting. A/c (didn't need for my stay) can blow cold air directly to your bed They need the keys to be handed over to reception each time you get in/out Breakfast was good but after couple of nights you may feel it boring. Hot food can run out if you are late as there was a single lady doing everything in the b'fast area, they don't have separate kitchen but can cook stuff using hot plate if necessary Rooms aren't very sound proof so you may hear noise from other rooms but if you sleep like a baby then won't :-) As a whole as a first timer it was a great experience in Seville and in the hotel. Hope this helps.

The hotel is in a great location. Can walk everywhere easily. The hotel has lots of character with very friendly and helpful staff. Can be a little noisy at night so take some ear plugs! I would happily stay there again

Great location, 3 minutes walk from Seville cathedral. There are numerous dining options just out of hotel door. 24 hour reception. Staff is friendly, Spanish, Portugese, English speaking, always happy to help. Room was clean with great functioning aircon. Nice breakfast. There is a room service too. Overall - I would stay here again.

The location was great. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. And plenty of great dining options nearby. The staff were wonderful, especially Alma, and Manuel (who helped with parking our car at the nearby garage). The only negative was the €22 per day charge for parking!!! Although our room was small the bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful property with amazing proximity to the city center. Yes the walls are paper thin and it gets really noisy at night since it’s surrounded by pubs and restaurants but it’s quite expected with old properties. Overall we had a great stay
