The hotel property itself is modern and well appointed. However, it is not really all that “central” in its location from a tourist perspective. What really lets the place down is a staff that, although pleasant people, really are out of their depth at the kind of service level this hotel requires for how it markets itself. The restaurant is merely adequate, the daily servicing of the rooms hit and miss in terms of the restocking, and the front of house very slow. Cannot recommend a stay here unfortunately.

Spacious rooms and great location

The rooms are spacious, even by US standards, featuring a separate living area with a TV and couch, a king-size bed, and a full-size pullout sofa. The bathroom is equally generous, with a toilet, wash basin, and large shower. The hotel is conveniently located — just a 20-minute walk to Plaza España and its surroundings, and another 20 minutes to the train station.

We had the most pleasant stay at Hotel Giralda center. The location is great an easy 10 minute walk to all the beautiful sights of Seville, hotel itself was super clean and comfortable and breakfast was great with lots of different options.

Great city centre hotel choice.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious, very clean and had a huge bed (2 singles pushed together which may not be to everyone’s taste). The breakfast included a wide variety of items - continental and cooked - and the dining area was huge so not overly crowded. The staff on reception were helpful offering advice on places to visit (and areas to avoid during the busy Holy Week crowds!) We also used the restaurant where staff were attentive and the food was of good quality and reasonable cost for a high end city centre hotel. The gym was clean and had lots of choices in terms of equipment. The main attractions in Seville were a short 10-15 minute walk away and there was a small grocery store at the end of the road for convenience items. The only downside was the fact that the hairdryer in the bathroom blew out cold air rather than warm. When we reported the issue the maintenance team came immediately to swap out the unit, which shows good customer service, but unfortunately the second dryer was as disappointingly cool as the first!

The room is very spacious with ample room to store your clothes. Good restaurants within walking distance. We are at Atavico, Barrio Cerveceria Sevilla and Restaurante Alimentari. They were delicious.
