A really exceptional hotel in a great location - all main attractions are within a 20 minute walk. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and the view was nice. Breakfast was also very good, with lots of choice. The service was okay. We absolutely would return to this hotel, and hope to do so soon.

Amazing location, friendly staff with good service throughout our stay. The pool area was lovely, and I also had a Deep tissue massage in the Spa, which was probably the best I have ever had! Nothing bad to mention!

Best close area hotel with exceptional service.

Absolutely spectacular. great location, near all but quieter than detect center. Walking distance to Plaza España to the bus or tram. Excellent hotel and staff.

Really lovely hotel

This hotel was really lovely and we had a great stay in Seville. It is close to the Placa de Espana (approximately 10 minute walk) and the cathedral / Alcázar (approximately 15 minute walk). The room was fantastic and had all the amenities needed. It was very clean, as was the hotel throughout. The main highlight was the rooftop pool for sure! It was a great space and place to rest. We went in May and it wasn’t too busy and always managed to get a sun lounger. The only problem we had was the slow service. When we arrived there were 2 couples in front of us - which seemed to take forever to check them in. On our turn, I checked and it took 12 minutes from the start of our check in to the end. This was ridiculously slow and it was the exact same process as checking in at a different hotel a few days prior, and that took only a couple of minutes. Whenever we had a question for staff, we were waiting for ages. On the day of leaving, we had to wait 15 minutes outside of the storage room for staff to let us in the room to collect our suitcases. Overall, the hotel was lovely but service could be improved.
