It’s a beautiful and quaint hotel, the room was spotlessly clean and the staff were amazing, so friendly, thank you for making our stay special….the peacocks outside our balcony were an added bonus! We will most definitely stay here again.

But what truly set it apart was the staff. Every interaction, from check-in to housekeeping, was genuinely warm and attentive. They weren’t just helpful—they were kind, always ready with a smile, and seemed to anticipate needs before I even had to ask. Convenience was another highlight. Whether it was the smooth access to transportation, the nearby restaurants and attractions, or just how intuitive the hotel layout was, everything felt effortless. You could tell a lot of thought had gone into making the guest experience as seamless as possible. It was one of those stays where everything just worked, which is rarer than it should be. Legado Alcázar Hotel was absolutely perfect — a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet alley near the Alcázar Gardens. It offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets of Seville while still being conveniently located for exploring the city. My partner and I arrived in the late morning and were warmly welcomed by Alegría and the rest of the hotel staff. She had all of our information ready, and our room was prepared early so we could check in right away. She also provided us with a city map and helpfully highlighted key attractions to make the most of our visit. Each day began with a thoughtfully prepared breakfast, always served with a genuine smile. On the day of our departure, the team went above and beyond by preparing a breakfast-to-go box so we wouldn’t leave hungry before our flight. If you're looking for an intimate, personalized stay in Seville, I highly recommend Legado Alcázar Hotel.

Loved the historic building style and vibe of the hotel. Very quiet but located in the center, next to main attractions. View from the window was fantastic. It faced the garden with peacocks. Very clean. Nice decor. Only downside the room had a very small size.

The Legado Alcázar is an excellent boutique hotel. Located just steps from many of the major sites in Seville, but also in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had views of the royal gardens. The room was outstanding and the service and staff are great. Highly recommended.

Very cute room, just 5 minutes from the Alcázar and the Cathedral. Peacocks from the palace just outside the window. The staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel was central with a short walk to the centre, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The room was clean fresh and very nice, the bed was huge and very comfortable with air con as well.
