Unhealthy Air and Mold Concern Despite Nice Design

The space is minimalist and could be great, but there are a few important issues. The bathroom is located on the second floor inside the suite, and the stairs can be dangerous to use at night. The main concern, however, is that the bathroom has no ventilation at all, which causes a persistent damp smell. The odor becomes stronger over time and is even noticeable downstairs. At night, the air quality worsens, making it difficult to breathe comfortably and sometimes causing coughing. It’s very important that the property addresses this issue, as it’s possible there is hidden mold behind the paint.

loved it ! communication was great! Our ac had to be reset but the coordinator showed us how to do it via video call. it was super easy to check in and out all self check and very modern clean and convenient. location was great, there’s bus taxi and bikes close by walk easy to the main attractions in Seville and shops and restos right here. the street was quiet.

The Location is excellent. 20 minutes Walk from the cathedral. Lots of Cafés and Restaurants around. Comments on the property: I thought it was a hotel, Not at all. They dont have Restaurant nor do you room daily. The room was OK bu the bathroom was not in good shape, needs maintenance and there were little worms on the shower….

Just as shown in photos - very clean with a suitably equipped kitchen, and hairdryer, shampoo and soap, in an open plan studio. Very safe area, code access at entry and apartment. As a single woman that’s important for me. Wonderful local cafes/bars around as well as restaurants, etc., catering to tourists and visiting Spaniards. I always felt safe in the entire historic district. Blackout curtains were a plus. Some outside noise but my earplugs helped with that and it was more people passing by as it’s on a small street off of the Hercules plaza. Great walking distance to the sites and a bus/taxis nearby if you prefer. Had a couple of unexpected issues that the management company handled the same day. It was a great place for a single traveler or two people comfortable with each other/a studio bathroom and shower that are in the one-space studio.

This property was exactly as advertised. Relatively small rooms, but it had everything we needed and was clean and organized well. Communication with staff was quick and easy, and very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent séjour dans un studio très agréable, lumineux, bien aménagé et extrêmement bien situé. À noter toutefois qu’il y a une petite fuite d’eau lorsqu’on prend une douche. Il serait aussi utile d’avoir accès aux informations quant au lave-linge (le qr code ne fonctionne pas).

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appart hôtel Naranjas y Limone. Espace agréable et bien agencé, lit confortable, accès facile et extrêmement bien situé dans Séville. Il faut toutefois noter que l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne du tout et que la rue est assez bruyante notamment le weekend.
