Not a nice place!

First red flag was no one ever contacted us about our address or how to get in. I contacted them the day before traveling. The main door to the building was almost impossible to open. The place was clean but very run down. The bathroom smells of urine. There was only one skinny long pillow for two. The outer walls of this place are glass brick. Anytime someone entered the building and turned the lights on it lite up our room. Way over priced for what received. So disappointed. I could go on but that’s enough. Just suffice to say we will never stay there again!

Our checkin was great. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The place suited us fine for a short visit and had everything we needed. The location was great, everything was walkable. It is in a busy street, so you do hear noise at all hours. Small cons…the floors were dirty and we didn’t have enough towels and linens for three people. The property managers were very quick to respond when I brought this up. All in all a good place for a few days.

L'emplacement du studio est idéal pour des déplacements pédestres et l'état général est propre (malgré une forte odeur de javel). Toutefois, lors de notre arrivée, j'ai demandé le mode d'emploi de l'air conditionné : le matériel ne fonctionnait pas, l'hôte n'avait pas vérifié et n'a rien fait malgré plusieurs relances. La terrasse est partagée et ce n'est pas mentionné dans le descriptif. Enfin, les huisseries sont en piteux états (isolation phonique proche du zéro alors que la fenêtre donne sur une rue extrêmement passante). Bien dommage quand la température a depassé plus de 40 et qu'il est difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres et encore moins de mettre la climatisation ne serait-ce que quelques heures.

A fuir !

Commençons par le point positif, le seul et l’unique, l’emplacement ! Idéal pour les visites à pieds. Bel endroit. Le reste, scandaleux ! Premièrement le Hall et l’appartement sentent mauvais (égouts). Les fenêtres ferment mal, il y fait très froid (pas de chauffage, couverture hyper légère en plein hiver) et niveau bruit, un enfer ! Impossible de dormir, la rue est passante, nous entendions les conversations des voisins comme s’ils étaient avec nous... sans parler de la circulation nuit et jour. L’isolation est très très mauvaise, des blocs de verres entre le salon, la salle de bain et le Hall. Dès que les voisins passent, l’appart est en lumière !!!! La salle de bain… minuscule et ne ferme pas ! Toilettes et douche porte entrouverte, le top de l’intimité !!!! Quasi aucun équipement dans la cuisine. Les rideaux et coussins sentent mauvais… le ménage n’est pas bien fait. Clairement, je conseille de trouver un autre appartement dans le même coin, celui ci est horrible ! Les photos sont trompeuses, il avait l’air attirant mais alors quelle déception …

Leider hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und die Unterkunft liegt in einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Die Bauart ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, Wände sind aus Glasbausteinen und so ging bei uns mitten in der Nacht das Licht an, wenn Nachbarn nach Hause kamen. Die Terrasse ist 2 Stockwerke höher. Das Bad ist mega mega klein und stark abgenutzt. Wir haben die zentrale Lage dennoch sehr genossen.
