Le point négative : odeur à égout insupportable qui se manifeste de façon intermittente par de longues périodes, surtout dans la chambre à coucher. Première nuit cauchemardesque, nous avons dû dormir dans le salon, car impossible à respirer dans la chambre.

Studio was in an excellent location and had all the amenities we needed. There was a local issue with a power cut when we arrived but the local staff and the technical team couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend

The air conditioning does not work at this property. Numa advertises having air conditioning but they do not. When I reached out to them to ask why the system was broken they completely ignored my requests. Furthermore, the bedsheets had stains and small bugs were found all over the apartment. Do not stay with Numa. This is a tourist trap and They terrible customer service. Worst experience of my life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped & clean, & the huge bed was very comfortable. There was always hot water for showers. The complimentary goodies were a nice surprise (we enjoyed the beer). It was ideally situated in walking distance for all the sites & there were great bars & eateries close by. Thank you for providing us with a home from home for the week 👍

GREAT location in the middle of the history district, lot of things to do at walking distance. No parking spot close by tho so if you have a car, you might want to consider an hotel where there is parking. Ideal for back packers.

This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.
