Elegant, Senorial, Central, Modern, Comfortable spacious and bright apartment with touches of color and elegant design, is a perfect property to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of Seville, next to the Mushrooms of the Incarnation, near the Alameda de Hércules, the bohemian neighborhood of Seville, as well as the Bell, emblematic and stately areas of Seville (Cathedral, Giralda, Reales Alcaceres, etc ...), you can walk to any point of interest.
The environment is a show of COLOR AND LIFE: there are many restaurants, tapas bars, where you can taste our wonderful cuisine. gardens, shops, banks, supermarkets and greengrocers, and places with live flamenco shows.
It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods pass a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see them and be able to rest whenever you want. It is surrounded by several important churches, where many of the brotherhoods come from.
The April Fair in Seville is easily accessible by direct bus or taxi, which stops only a few meters away.

However, the use of the car is unnecessary, since all the main sites of tourist interest are around, or a few minutes walk. Therefore, if you come by car, leave it in the parking lot upon arrival and forget about it until the departure. Enjoy the luxury of exploring the center of this beautiful city on foot.
