Continuing down the hallway, you reach the open-concept living room with integrated kitchen. The living area includes a sofa bed, two armchairs, coffee table, and Smart TV. The dining space features a large round table that seats five.

The master bedroom, accessible from the living room, has a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. From the kitchen, you can access the spacious bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
