Stylish Andalusian 2 bedroom apartment in historical center, WiFi & central AC

Elegant and cozy apartment in a very centric and lively area of Seville. Has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Space for 4 people with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Located next to the Maestranza Bullring in Seville and 5m walk from the Cathedral and El Alcázar, in the Arenal neighbourhood which is full of bars and good restaurants but remains quiet and residential.

Decorated with style and a folclore touch, it offers a sunny balcony, payed parking and good public transport connections. The apartment is located in a 3-story building, which makes it very quiet, counting only with 2 neighbours. The building was fully restored in 2015 and is very easily accesible from the street.

The neighborhood of El Arenal is lively but our street remains calm, local and residential.
