Located less than 300 metres from supermarkets, a bakery and a cheese shop, this apartment with a terrace and access to the garden is situated on the ground floor of the owners’ house.
The cycle path leading to Annecy is 400 metres away and the lake is 500 metres away.
Everything you need for a wonderful holiday!
The accommodation:
refurbished in early 2024
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and storage space
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower
- 1 separate toilet
- Fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room
- 1 TV area with a sofa
- West-facing terrace with a barbecue
- Access to the garden (to be shared with the owners’ friendly dog!)
TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher...
A parking space is reserved for you, and you can store your bikes under the staircase leading to the first floor.
Check-in is available every day from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
