Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e avec une jolie vue sur le lac dâAnnecy
La localisation est sans conteste le principal atout de cette maison : au calme, avec une trĂšs belle vue sur le lac, et Ă proximitĂ© des nombreuses activitĂ©s proposĂ©es dans les environs. Un cadre agrĂ©able pour dĂ©couvrir la rĂ©gion.Quelques prĂ©cisions utiles pour de futurs locataires : la maison est en rĂ©alitĂ© divisĂ©e en deux, avec les propriĂ©taires qui occupent lâautre partie. La piscine est partagĂ©e avec eux, mais son accĂšs est limitĂ© aux crĂ©neaux de 14h Ă 18h uniquement, ce qui nâest malheureusement pas prĂ©cisĂ© dans lâannonce.Concernant lâintĂ©rieur de la maison, les ustensiles de cuisine, les casseroles/poĂȘles ainsi que certains appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers gagneraient Ă ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s.Ă noter Ă©galement que toutes les chambres sont Ă©quipĂ©es de lits avec des pieds de lit, ce qui peut poser problĂšme aux personnes de grande taille.En rĂ©sumĂ©, une maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour profiter de la rĂ©gion, mais qui mĂ©riterait quelques amĂ©liorations pour offrir un confort Ă la hauteur de son emplacement.
