The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the port of Sevrier near many sports activities: sailing club, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, bike path, pedal boat rentals, boats,...Close to many shops (bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy...). Many restaurants as well (Oasis and Bodega in the summer time; Black Bass, Sens'o...)"Sevrier is a human-sized town at the gates of Annecy and its agglomeration.
