Really good size room with excellent amenities. Sofa in our room was quite worn and needed replacing and disappointed that roof bar terrace was closed, as one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel.

Booked a 4 night stay at Blossom House Shanghai. Noticed the AC was not working properly causing the room to be very warm and uncomfortable throughout the first night. Brought this up with staff the next morning. After returning from a day out we were given a new room. Great service.

1st night, we were assigned to a room with an detached air-conditioning unit. The night went by very noisy because the machine was making a rattling sound. The hotel change us to a new room next day. All rooms were clean and amenities fill up daily. Staff were excellent and attentive. Take a free tour from the hotel and it was excellent; a lot of information offered. Definitely will stay there again.

I had a great four days at the Blossom Shanghai. The location is good and the room I had. Queen Garden room, was excellent. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only issue would be that there is not a bar on the premises, it has been closed for over a year and there can be quite a wait for the elevators. Those things said, it is still a great hotel and I would happily stay here again the next time I’m in Shanghai.
