Terrible service

Hotel is a long way from anything - the location map is incorrect. 13 stops on the metro to the centre of Shanghai and then a 1km walk from the station. Hotel does not accept bookings made on this website.

Hotels.com booking not accepted here

This hotel is a long way from the centre of Shanghai and any attractions and is not located where it is shown on the map. The hotel does not accept bookings from hotels.com and we spent two hours trying to prove that we had paid for a room. We were unsuccessful and had to pay again. I do not recommend this hotel for any type of stay in Shanghai.

terrible service 糟糕的服务

The hotel was fully booked due to conference held at the hotel. The receiption could not find my booking to start with, and then they asked me about the type of passport I am holding, which is rather strange. At last they refused to give me a non-smoking room, even though I booked online non-smoking. Rooms are not isolate well, so I could hear people speaking loud in the corridor. 糟糕透顶的酒店，找不到我的订单不说，询问我的护照和签证类型也就罢了，死活说没有无烟房了！我明明从网上订的是无烟房。服务实在有待改进。

汚く、ラマダの名前を汚す最低ホテル

①地図が嘘。 ②シャワーの水圧が低い。お湯が出ない。 ③フロントの態度が最悪。 ④最後、チェックアウト時にフロントの手際の悪さからか、クレジットカード取っていたデポジットを戻せず。 最低です。二度と泊まりません。

ホームページに出ている地図が違います

ホームページに載っている所には、ホテルがありません。市内に出るのに約４０分。これで、旅行の予定が大幅に狂いました。他の書き込みにも、地図と違うと書いているので、速やかにホームページの修正をしてください。旅行で予定を大幅にくるった料金を返金してほしいです。

ＨＰのロケーション表記と、実際が全く違うロケーションなのでビックリ

お金を返して貰いたいくらい、ロケーションが全く違う場所としてＨＰに表記されています。お陰で旅程の全てが狂ってしまいました。 どうしてエクスペディア様が、シッカリとデータ管理をして内容を確認できていないのか不思議。 未だに、ロケーションの地図が間違っている点、修正されないのかが疑問であります。

かなり郊外にあるホテル

本サイトでは徐家ワイ地域とあるが、実際には上海郊外にある。サイトの情報を修正すべきである。 実際のロケーションは、地下鉄１号線共康駅から徒歩20分ほどあるくのが少々不便。人民公園からの所要時間は20分。市街からはタクシーで80元ほど。 ただ、ホテルの敷地内にKFCがあり、また附近にも廉価なレストラン、コンビにもあり、ホテルライフは悪くない。また、ホテルの設備はそれなりで部屋は比較的快適である。
