Friendliness of team, well managed and nothing too much trouble. We paid for the upgraded room and it was very comfortable, quiet and a sea view, well worth it. Sometimes hot water in the shower was an issue but had a bath instead. Dining room and bar area very modern and a lovely place to eat breakfast and sit and chat.

Lovely hotel, we would definitely return!

The hotel was lovely, very modern, gorgeous décor and impeccably clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in Shanklin, only a street away from the lift which takes you down onto the beach and only a short walk to restaurants, gift shops and the local convenience shop. I would recommend the Q Hotel if you are planning on visiting Shanklin :-)

Very nice area and clean an modern hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming ... only downfall was the restaurant was closed when it wasnt stated prior it will be. Otherwise breakfast was really nice... comfy and clean rooms but very surprised to see the bathroom sink out in the bedrooms and even that wasnt stated anywhere on the hotel page when booking and that was something i know i didnt like about the room. Otherwise its a beautiful hotel. The hot tub an sauna was really nice but take note the hot tub is outside on the deck but in a private area. Overall definitely recommended

A lovely family run hotel that made me feel very welcome, very attentive and happy to have a chat. Room was a good size overlooking the front so I had a sea view, only a 2 minute walk from the Chine and 5 minutes from town. Would like to visit agin in the summer for the outside pool!
