I’ve been staying at this hotel multiple weeks for the past 2 months. And this stay was the worse. Bathroom was dirty, I wasn’t hot water and also Andre at the front I believe he was having a bad day or something. He was very rude and disrespectful with me and my crew. He didn’t even apologize for what he say.
