The cottage features two terraces; one covered for rainy days, the other elevated, offering a view of the lake. The property is situated on a 250,000 sq. ft. lot, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful place away from the neighborhood while taking advantage of the dock with access to the lake. You can relax in a 8 person hot tub covered by a roof.
