The rooms and pool , hot tub all emanate. Employee at front desk need trained better to check people in quickly. It took a long time to get checked in. Then had to go back to the desk afterwards.

Very noisy, people slamming doors all hours of the night but especially very early morning hours. We moved the bedside table and it was filthy behind it. Also there’s limited outlets to charge phone or use devices so be prepared to bring an extension cord.

Hotel was obviously rehabbed in the not to distant past and appeared well maintained. It is time for some new fixtures though. Faucets and such were a bit crusty. AC quit a couple of days in but was fixed when I returned the next day. Maid service only made the bed and replaced towels. I was hoping for clean sheets.

The two staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean- the coffee maker had old water in it and the tray it was sitting on hadn’t been cleaned and smelled. The cloth shower curtain smelled musty, like it had not been allowed to dry properly. I didn’t use it, but the pool area looked clean. It’s not far from Road America and easy to get to which was convenient.
