The place and staff are excellent. They had elevator failures and we were on the 4th floor. They bent over backwards to make us comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Plastic sheet on the bed under the comforter. Very noisy, and really uncomfortable. The carpet made the room smell like stinky feet
