During my stay, I didn’t include breakfast because there are lots of food chain around the area. It is very convenient to take a ride to the subway. The room is big and clean. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I return to Shenzhen ( Take Line 2 and exit A). You will see a Starbucks. Go to the 23rd floor of the bldg.

As always, language is a problem initially until a foreign staff member helped out. A evening shift staff member helped me out good to get a sim card nearby. Breakfast ok ok . Had much better else where. Kept on asking the folks for some splenda or equal not everone is albe to use regular sugar. They bring 6 packets then they are gone leaving the regular white sugar . Just dont get itbwhy not leave the whole box near the coffee machine. Breakfast could be better. Lots of croissants were stale . Coffee machine does not serve the coffee hot, undrinkable . Rooms were comfortable. Internet worked ok. Not a single english channel on tv and as usual all instructions are in chinese. I will look for a western brand next time ..

Huaqiang north station ( Line 7 and Line 2 with A gate )is just hotel entrence, so first time coming user easily reach hotel and very closely to World big electronic market. Food was good in 3times a day . Washing clothes facility available in free of cost . Very happy stay this hotel

Why is this my favourite Shenzhen hotel?

This has to be my favourite hotel in Shenzhen with all its amenities and easy subway access, great staff and services plus walking distance to banks, malls, restaurants etc etc (all within 3-10 minutes walk). The breakfast buffet on the 23rd floor offers a great variety of choices with fresh fruits, salads to hot entrees and egg station, noodles station, bakery section etc etc. The subway station line 2,8,7) is right in front of the hotel entrance, less than 60 seconds walk. The B1 level also has a strip mall that offers shops and restaurants if you are in a rush! Within 8 minutes walk to the left of the hotel, you can find a large mall with fantastic array of 5 star culinary restaurants, from dim sum to specialty restaurants, want to try them all!! Special thanks to Daphne Du who quickly resolved a smoking issue and helped arranged a direct shuttle service to HKG. She even helped to recover a misplaced order from delivery to the wrong room. She demonstrated an exemplary service! Well done!!

Love the free supper from 9pm to 11pm. Happy with the free DIY wash clothes and dryer. There is also a simple early morning handmade bread and drinks. The room is of good big size and staff is very friendly n professional. Love the location that is beside the train station. So convenient. Recommend.
