Reception staff was very friendly. Rooms desperately need an update. No USB plugs and they don't even attempt to help with a cube or a to replace the electric bar for a working one. Room is very dark and carpet questionable. Clean as much as people can clean but building is outdated. Good price and comfy beds.

Our stay was fine. Our stay coincided with a hockey tournament so there were lots of kids running around outside the hotel and hanging out underneath our window. They were also running around in the hotel, yelling and generally goofing off. That was to be expected and we only had to call the front desk once. The Sunday Brunch was wildly overpriced for what was on offer, so we skipped it. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water on Sunday morning. None. This might be a regular occurrence, as the staff didn't seem to think it was a big deal. We had to interact with the staff several times as our keys were not reliable to open the door.
