Cute roadside style motel close to the city

This hotel-motel is quite rustic but full of charm and character. If you expect this (and not a standardized chain hotel) you will love it. My bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and quiet, but the furniture is very outdated and quite worn out. I didn't like the spots on my couch. But I my bathroom was freshly renovated and very pleasant.

I chose this hotel based on the location, but found out that it was very old rundown. It looked like it was abandoned in the night there were people screaming in the parking lot.

J'ai beaucoup aimé, ce sera désormais ma place à Sherbrooke. La chambre était grande, très propre, et le lit très confortable. Le service est très bon, j'avais un problème avec le chauffage de la salle de bain et on m'a changé de chambre en une demie-heure! Je recommande fortement!

J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 149 le 29 novembre. J'ai été dévoré par les punaises de lit. Room 149 on November 29th was infested with bed bugs. The owner's claim of a previous, minor incident is unbelievable given the extent of the problem. It's clear that this issue is widespread and poorly managed.
