Bright suite at Bratz Equine (No cleaning fee)

Sparsely furnished but newly remodeled and comfortable. The daylight basement suite gives way to a large backyard and a winding creek with massive willow trees. The sliding doors open to peaceful views of our paddocks and neighboring hills. Quite and rich with wild life ranging from deer, pheasant, elk and turkey. For meal prep we provide a black stone cooktop outside on the deck and a fridge, mini fridge and basic kitchen amenities. No indoor cooktop. Private entrance. Upstairs not included.
The space
A 150 acre horse ranch.
Guest access
A separate walk through entrance leads to the backyard, dog kennels, daylight basement and a lower patio, all for guest use. A side gate provides access to the creek, where you might see fawns or other wildlife. The open side yard is a great place for botchy ball or to enjoy the sweeping mountain views to the west. Unless it's being cleaned or repaired, the hot tub is also available for your use and is the perfect place to soak in the evening. Any additional areas that dont require crossing a fence are also available for guest use, however please respect wildlife, farm equipment and machinery. Pasture access is limited to guided access.
Other things to note
Dogs need to stay in the backyard (no climb fenced) horses, especially dams with young foals, do not always tolerate dogs.
