Cool textures and colours taken from the beach, along with modern fittings and comfortable furnishings. Central location, our apartments are perfect for guests looking to getaway and explore the North Norfolk coast
The space
The ground floor apartment also includes space for extra cots, fully equipped bathroom, benefiting from underfloor heating, fireplace with gas burner, widescreen Smart TV, free Wifi, hair dryer, google mini, and tea and coffee facilities.
The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, and there is underfloor heating throughout.
All our rooms have been designed to give you the right space to relax and enjoy costal living to the full. With a luxurious king size bed in the main bedroom, and either a choice of a single, two singles or a double all to choose from in the second bedroom.
This apartment is very flexible where we can host both couples and families and can be booked in-conjunction with our other apartments for larger families.
We also offer dog walking and baby sitting to enable you to enjoy a relaxing and mindful stay with us. Please look at ‘other things to note’ for details and pricing.
Guest access
Parking and main access for guests is from the rear of the property, and can be accessed from Morris Street.
Guest arriving from town via Augusta Street will turn left onto Morris Street, and then right onto a small access road approximately 50m on the right, which runs alongside the Sun Court residential home.
Guest arriving from town via the Boulevard will take a right onto Morris Street, and then a small access road is just 50m on the left and runs alongside the Sun Court residential home.
Once you have turned into the small access road, private parking is situated on your first right, directly after Sun Court, and is in front of no.7 garage.
The key is found In the French door, please leave the key here when checking out.
Please use the hand sanitizer at the entrance of the property before entering each time.

We are a large ground floor contemporary apartment.
We offer the following additional services:
1. Pet Stay - Maximum of two pets per stay. Charge a small fee of £15 per night per 1st pet and £5 for second.
2. Dog Walking Service - The walk will either be along the Sheringham coastal path or at Sheringham Park and Woodland. We allow a minimum of 2 hours for a walk. This service is charged at £20 per hour per dog.
2. Baby Sitting - to allow our parents time for themselves, to enjoy a walk, meal or social event, we can take care of the little ones for the evening. A maximum of two children. This service is charged at £15 per hour.
3. Private 1-2-1 Yoga Classes - for the ultimate relaxation and mindfulness during your stay. Yoga classes can be arranged at the apartment or on the Sheringham esplanade, if the weather is nice. Ashvin Yoga is a well respected yoga teacher in Norfolk with over 8 years experience and fully licensed. The charge is £50 for a private 1-2-1 session for up to 3 people. Early booking is recommended. Matts are also provided.
