Very clean and nice staff

Staff was the best

My first visit, bed was great rest of room dated, housekeeping only came on request day 1 and did not come at all day 2. Had to beg for new towels took over an hour to get, no pool towels, had to ask for them as well. Pool was full of leaves and small trash. Management just is not paying attention and taking the location for granted.

Everything good.

We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.

It was a very clean hotel. Dinner and breakfast food was good.
