Pleasantly surprised

I didn't realized when I booked that I would have a full kitchen. The room was MASSIVE and so clean. We had a slight issue upon entering our room which was dealt with immediately upon reporting it. I would very happily stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and very allergy friendly.

Horrible experience

The location was under construction and very loud, they promised to put us in a quiet room as we had an infant, and they put us beside a barking dog. When we got there, somebody else’s belongings were in our room and we had to remove them. The room was not clean the counters and karma card was filled out. It was an absolute awful experience and a complete waste of our money to drive from Calgary to Edmonton and try to have a nice family evening away.

Wonderful experience - our room, a suite, was spacious and perfect for the weekend. Very clean. Amazing breakfast options each day. My friend really liked the bed. Would try to stay here again in the future.

Great stay but breakfast was terrible

The stay was restfull but it would be nice to have a map or info for food choices around the hotel. The breakfast was not good hash browns were cold,eggs luke warm and bacon was the temp was ok. I have eaten other hotels breakfast and at lest it had some heat under thefood service containers...It was not only us we meet a gentleman in the elevator, he said too that the food was not good.

Room was great and above what I expected. Adequate parking for pickup trucks. Small kitchenette would be adequate for a longer stay. Provided breakfast was substandard. Very little choice especially if diabetic, gluten free etc. Both mornings the potatos (hashbrown patties and then diced hashbrowns) were cold in the warming tray. Pork sausages both mornings. First morning was a rubbery egg and spinach quiche that had been in the warming tray too long. Second morning was watery "scrambled eggs" that had also been in the warming tray too long. Also - if you're searching for the salt and pepper its not with the other condiments - look where the coffee cups and lids are..... Overall 7/10
