Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. It was not free but very inexpensive at $14 CAD. The food was tasty and lots of variety to choose from. Definitely worth adding breakfast. Hotel was conveniently located just outside of the west exit at Narita stations. Great food choices at the east exit

Friendly helpful staff. The room was tiny, but sufficient, stocked with all kinds of things to support a short stay. The public bath was convenient and pleasant. The breakfast had many western and Japanese selections; very inexpensively priced. Next door a convenience store had anything else you wanted. And the shuttle made it easy to to go the ariport.
