Great stay

Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

本当にエレベーターが、なかなか来ない。 来ても人が沢山乗ってて乗れなかったり。 バイキング会場も、席がなかなか空かなかったり… ただ、お風呂の所にあるラウンジ雰囲気も居心地も最高でした。 1階のラウンジも、色んな種類のお酒が飲めて最高でした‼︎ バイキングは､､､種類は多いけど味は普通かな？ あと、お風呂もまぁまぁ良かったです。

金曜日、土曜日、日曜日、2泊の利用させて頂きました 土曜日のレストランは、人が沢山で 中々料理が取れず 諦めました 日曜日の朝食も全然たべれませんでした キャパオーバーですね 他の方達も同じ事言ってました 時間を決めるなり、した方が いいと思います 温泉は、とてもよかったので 少し残念です

以前砺波のメルキュールを利用してとても素晴らしかったので、伊勢志摩でも利用しましたが…まず食事の種類が少なく、ご当地メニューも期待はずれ…しかも配置スペースが悪いのか連休中で混んでいた事もあり待つだけ待ってお目当ての品に到達した頃には無くなっているという…とても残念な思いをしました… 部屋は広くお風呂も良かっただけに…とても残念でした
