Welcome to "MarkVilla Suwa Lake," completed in 2021 by Ichijo Homes. Located steps away from JR Shimosuwa Station, this unmanned accommodation stands by the shores of Lake Suwa. The spacious 70 ㎡ room features a 75-inch TV in the approximately 20-tatami living, dining, and kitchen area, a luxurious bedroom with two double-sized beds, and a relaxing tatami room. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the entire facility is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort even on chilly days. Whether with family, friends, or that special someone, we offer a cozy space for memorable moments.
