Excellent accommodation on all fronts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, numerous staff were eager to help us with check in and our luggage. Staff were exceptionally polite and eager to help. Our room was a standard size for Japan (though with a very spacious bathroom), clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the shuttle service both between the city/Aeon mall and the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious!

the front desk staff was really helpful and kind. the building is old but maintained very well. the restaurants are a little confusing on vibes and expectations. if there was a dress code i couldn’t find one, and it caters to travelers with its proximity to the airport so you’ll see all manner of dress on guests but very fancy staff.

Hotel Nikko Narita is a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. Although it’s a bit far from the JR Narita Station, the hotel provides a reliable shuttle service, which makes getting around easy and Only 8 mins to T3 Narita airport by shuttle bus. The tatami-style room offered a nice traditional touch, though the space was quite compact. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a pleasant experience for a short stopover or early flight connection.

Everything was perfect! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and spoke English. The room was super clean and had all the amenities you would need for our stay. Good location close to the airport and the shuttle took you straight to Narita airport! Would recommend 5 stars.
