Disappointment

Beware!!! Half board does not include any form of drinks, they are extra. You have to pay extra for AC which you only get told once at the hotel. Not Cheap AC kept going faulty during visit. The sunbed umbrellas are falling apart and I'm amazed how no one has got hurt yet. Water slide only on for 1 hour twice a day Keep an eye on your room bill for when buying drinks, ice creams etc. Try and pay cash and clear at one go. I found at least one discrepancies however to difficult to discuss this with the front staff as they just shrug their shoulders. Positive: Hamam was great

Budget hotel walking distance from the beach.

We stayed 5 days at a self catering apartment at this hotel. The location is good, walking distance from the beach and the promenade and the old city. Facilities are basic and a bit old. That said we did not mind it as we were on a budget vacation. You have to pay extra for everything If you need it like air conditioning, internet etc. Luckily we did not need any of this.

It was a clean room. Kids were enjoying the pool with slides. Average breakfast. No elevator in “our” building. Leaky air conditioner. Excellent front desk service. Kept our luggage safe at the front desk while we were visiting sites.

Disappointed!

Having read all the positive reviews I went ahead and booked this hotel. First of all staff need training on customer service and hospitality Initially they gave us a one bedroom apartment for a family of 4, the room was absolutely filthy with stains on the toilet, sink in the toilet was the same. Kitchen sink had food stains on it too. I tried to test the shower but the handle came of in my hand, the room I would say would be ideal for a couple, that got resolved after requesting a larger room on the 3rd floor. I asked the staff at the desk to help with the luggage and he's response was we are short of staff and we would have to move it our selves. Throughout the stay the staff seemed very unhelpful. My check out was at 04.30am the night before I requested a porter to help me with my luggages the staff responded come down to the reception and we'll see what we can do but can't guarantee any one will be around at this time. Can you imagine going down from third floor to ask if anyone can help if not go up 3 floors to Bring down 4 luggages with 2 children and pregnant women . I wonder how this hotel got 3 stars it should be classed as 1/2 star hotel. Customer service is none existent, please book at your own risk.

Kjempe bra hotell. Mye underholdning men lite gjester som så på show. Hadde med frokost og den var helt ok. Renhold var kjempe flott.

Godt hotel, sødt og meget hjælpsomt personalet. Pool område var godt. Men personale burde træde mere i karakter overfor folk der spærrer solsenge. Dette skete allerede fra kl 7 om morgenen. Folk spærrede med deres håndklæder, men benyttede først sengen, flere timer senere. Og på trods af at man ifølge hotellet ikke måtte gøre det, gjorde folk det alligevel. Havde balkon ud til poolen, hvilket var fint nok. Desværre blev det spillet MEGET højt musik indtil kl 23-24 tiden. Og tror ikke det havde generet mindre af at man boede længere væk fra poolen. Men alt i alt et godt hotel, Og kunne godt bo der igen.

Also die Unterkunft die man als Schnäppchen bucht ist ein Reinfall . Die Klima im Zimmer kann man nicht benutzen kostet extra man bekommt die Klima Fernbedienung nur wenn man zahlt . Wlan ist auch nicht frei nur im Restaurant was aber eine Katastrophe ist . Im Zimmer hat man kein wlan außer man zahlt aber ob das funktioniert keine Ahnung . Das Wasser ist ja echt gefährlich beim duschen es springt um auf ganz heiß wenn man Kinder hat muss man echt aufpassen es wechselt schnell zu kalt heiß oder bleibt aus :) nachdem ich meine Kinder geduscht habe (2kinder ) musste ich warten bis wieder Wasser kommt . Die Zimmer sind ok aber das Zimmer ist so geschnitten das man von jeder Zeit rein schauen kann also wenn meine Kids die Vorhänge etwas verschoben haben konnte man direkte von allen Seiten reinschauen . Wir hatten Halbpension ist ja auch ein Witz :) beim Abendessen keine freien Getränke alles nur mit Zuzahlung . Draußen gegenüber gibt es jede Menge Restaurants lieber sich die Halbpension sparen und für das draußen was essen. Getränke kann man sich von draußen besorgen sowie weitere Lebensmittel es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und jede Menge Supermärkte wo man günstiger Getränke einkaufen kann als im Hotel . Ich werde mich auch beil. Veranstalter beschweren , da keine Klima bei der Hitze einfach nur abzocke ist sowie das wlan es stand bei der Buchung das es frei ist .
