The four of us had a very enjoyable stay! Big, clean, comfortable rooms with bottled water provided daily. Mr. Sopheap Sor checked us in quickly and escorted us to our rooms. He’s a wonderful host and very responsive to any needs or questions. Several of our party utilized the extremely well-priced spa services. The restaurant onsite is outstanding - absolutely delicious food and very inexpensive. The included buffet breakfast is excellent and has an omelette station. Mr. Sokthorng and Ms. Shoka Dane were always very friendly and helpful in the restaurant. There’s a very handy tuk tuk available right outside the hotel door. (Don’t miss Pub Street and the night market.) I hope someday to stay in this wonderful hotel again. We will never forget it.

Really wonderful stay and great value for money - the hotel is fairly small but the rooms were kept very clean, there’s a nice pool, a small gym and a great breakfast buffet. The best thing about the hotel for me was definitely the absolutely incredible staff - they were so helpful, warm and friendly. Would really, really recommend this to anyone staying in Siem Reap and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable.

I’ll cherish my stay here & my first ever trip to Cambodia for years to come! Obviously the hotel is nice and checks all the boxes like many others do (comfort, location, price, etc) but the entire staff is second to none and really added that intangible feeling to a trip that makes a country/hotel memorable. The staff is exceptional in service, friendliness. I ordered room service, the food delivered hot and well presented and my drink was freshly made, not watered down with ice. You have the quiet luxury quality stay and you’re only a $3 tuk tuk ride from the city market and night life.

Absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Spotlessly clean, safe, well decorated, beautiful rooms, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, spa on location, and a great buffet breakfast. Restaurant there was wonderful. The staff is beyond excellent. Phanit drive us from airport to hotel. Great guy. All the staff, and I mean all the staff, every single one, was excellent!!!! Well located only 10 minutes by tuk tuk to downtown area. This is a beautiful hotel. We want to return for a much longer stay, and will when we decide the time. Management was super great. Wonderful, Wonderful hotel with a super wonderful staff. Loved this place! 10 ⭐️
