Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
when we arrived, everything was rented out to another family, despite what I had paid and received confirmation of it. the phone is not taken, soon we find another phone number and the landlord's remark was just that it is just a pity for you and that she does not care, I ask how she can rent it out twice and why she does not tell that it is rented to hotel.com. she could not remember the password for the program.
