The communication with host was great, check-in was extremely easy. Fantastic location and clean space. Only complaint was constant noise from the street throughout the entire night so made it very difficult to sleep. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable because they were clumpy.

The apartment was very nice: clean, had everything we needed and great location. However, although we knew it was a second floor walk up, we didn’t expect there to be so many stairs- 67 to be exact! There were a lot of half floors! Too many stairs for us.

Great apartment for a family!

This apartment was perfect for our family with 2 bedrooms. Nice quiet spot with an excellent restaurant steps away. Host was very responsive and accomodating!

Perfect location and host

Location right in the centre of Siena. Short walk to all the sites. Communication with host was met with immediate responses. Very clean with two large beds and baths. Linen, towels, etc were all included as was A/C units although the unit was very cool without them.
