Pool area O.K ,no shops nearby ,need to use the Breeze buses,shops .Property is situated on a construction site due to hurrican previous year,so drilling ,hammering and power machines working 6 days per week.Hut is awfull ,possibly for 2/ 3 nights for no more than 2 people but kitchen is dark and very old all needs completely refurbishing ,or total rebuild

The location was great. We enjoyed walking the beach and being on the river to relax in the pool in the evening. The pictures of the location are misleading. It is older and less updated than it looks. Some of the updates that have been made are very “DIY”, so not done particularly well. We arrived at night. There were no working lights outside, and the stairs felt a little rickety. The door has a code on it but didn’t feel very secure. You could pull on it and it would open even when “locked”, which was uneasy staying with young women in an unknown place. The AC didn’t seem to work very well, and the electrical needs updating. Several outlets didn’t seem to work to charge cell phones, the lamp in the front room didn’t work, and the instructions say not to unplug anything without permission, so it is a known issue. When we opened the couch for the sleeper sofa, there was a live roach, so three people slept in the queen bed. The place was adequate, but not “nice”. It was my daughter’s 16th bday, and we were a bit disappointed in the overall look and feel of the place, compared to the images. So, the photographer did a good job selling it, but the owner needs to do some basic repairs to ensure safety and functionality.

We had the best time at the Treehouse! The place is very well located, in an amazing complex with great amenities, and the house itself was just perfect. The host did a good job at making the place very welcoming and was available throughout our stay for anything we needed. Look forward to going back!

Adorable Property, Great Location

We loved the property’s location on the bay and loved that it is only a short walk to the gorgeous beach across the street. Located close to restaurants and activities as well. The place is smaller but very cute and comfortable inside and had everything that we needed. Property manager was very nice and responsive. Would stay here again!

Despite the pictures being a little deceiving on the size and condition of the property, we had a great time. The property could use some updates. Couch needs replaced or deep cleaned. The pool and view of the bay was fantastic. Beach access was nice and the wagon was a huge help. Beds were comfortable.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was clean and had everything you need for days at the beach. It was nice to have a wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs available for use. Everything was very clean. Couldn’t have asked for more in a place to stay close to the beach for our trip and family of 5!

Cute little cottage

Clean and nice. Great private porch. Comfy big bed! . It is nice to be on the bay or walk to the ocean. We saw dolphins and manatees from the bayside dock.
