Staff at greeting was so friendly, patient and helpful. We stayed in the apartment and if we are ever fortunate to find ouselves in the area again would choose that option. The breakfast was very full of options! Our experience was so favorable we sought out a Thon property on our next stay!

All the food is of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet is vast and varied. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying there again in a couple of weeks before flying out of Oslo.

Room was clean but all shampoos body wash etc were empty. Breakfast and dinner came with the room and were delicious! The only stress we had was paying for parking!

Stopp asking for more info than the rating questions

Waaay too big for the facilities and services it offers. Has only two restaurants to cater the entire huge hotel so be prepared to wait. Gym/spa is packed and the lockers thus often quite dirty. The room service does not exist and you have to ask for towels explicitly which is odd for a spa. Equally odd is that there are no bathrobes or slippers offered. The service people are kind but very very young and inexperienced - usually just standing still. The "better spa" costs extra - the public pool is full of kids. Oh the kids - this place is filled with kids running and screaming - filled I tell you! It has literally everything you need, even if in poor quality, so it is good for families. Not for couples. The slopes are good though! It's easy to get around although the lifts can get crowded.
