No one at door to help us with bags. Entrance was hard to maneuver the front entrance because you have to push the open button while handling several pieces of large luggage and then go to the next on the other side because there is rope on the sliding door closest to the first door. Carpet had a lot of stains on it in the room.

Good quality modern hotel very close to Incheon Chinatown, cafes and restaurants in the old port area. A good alternative to going into Seoul city if transiting for a night or two. 40 mins by taxi from the airport. Friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

The room was nice. Very clean. Had a mini refrigerator with 2 bottles of water. The tv had it so you could connect to youtube or netflix which was very convient. 711 is downstairs in lobby. Nearby dining options other thsn hotel restaurant was limited. If you have foreign credit card, you can download the Shuttle app to have food delivered.

Short Notice Rescue

Due to travel problems, we were forced to spend one more day in the Seoul area. Since we were already in Incheon, I immediately searched the Harbor Park Hotel, and I had a reservation less than one minute later. The one-night stay was just as good as the previous experience. Harbor Park will forever be my "go to" choice in the Incheon area~

New Top Choice

Quick, two-day stay in Incheon visiting friends. Had previously stayed in Songdo to be closer to the airport shuttle, but my first stay at the Harbor Park proved to be a great new alternative. Close to Chinatown and the Incheon nightlife, the Harbor Park is now my top choice in Incheon. Quick, easy check-in, clean, modern, comfortable room, great location, and friendly staff were all top notch. The Harbor Park will now be my top choice for my 6x/year visits to Incheon~

The view from our room was excellent!! The location is very convenient and front desk was very friendly. Only set back is that they only had 1 set of washer and dryer in basement and had to wait in line to do laundry.

We requested a room with a horror view on an upper floor. We were rewarded with a room on one of the top three floors with a view of our cruise ship. The area is spotless and quiet. Our room is immaculate. We love the rain-type shower. The YV is large and modern. The staff at the front desk is friendly, but their English is limited. The thermostat instructions were all in Korean, but the front desk explained what the settings were when I asked them. There were not many restaurants open before 9 am in nearby Chinatown. There is a 7-11 in the bottom floor of the hotel, which is nice. Overall, a fantastic experience at a good price.
