Quiet 4-roomed apartment in the attic. Entrance with a hall stand. Living/dining room with a southwest facing balcony and a wood-burning stove. Phone, fax, radio, CD player, TV, and Internet. Kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Coffee CHICCO D'ORO machine. Shower/toilet/sink. One double bedroom with balcony. Bath/toilet/sink. One bedroom with bunk beds for two persons, access to the balcony. One bedroom with a single bed. Parquet flooring throughout. 1 parking place in the garage. Animals are not allowed.

The apartment was lightly renovated in autumn 2025, and the bathroom will be refurbished in spring 2026. New photos will follow.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Polaschin A is one of several new houses built in 1990 in the Engadine style at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing runs are near the house. The mountain railway station is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. During the season, busses run every 30 minutes in all directions. Hiking trails are in the surrounding area.

logement sous les toits. Au calme, mais période ou pas de voisins présents. La situation en attique rend l'appartement un peu plus sombre. Sinon,, décoré avec goût, agencement très agréable. On reviendra volontiers.
