The apartment Miramar is situated right by the promenade of Armação de Pêra. It is located on the 10th floor providing a breathtaking panoramic ocean view. Great Location

We especially enjoyed the view! This apartment is close to everything we needed, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, boardwalk and across the street from the beach. We loved this apartment and would rent it again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights, end of March.The apartment was very clean, kitchen was extremely well stacked with all you need for cooking. From the apartment, you can walk to all the restaurants and the grocery stores. What was the most amazing about the apartment, were the views! Thank you for a great stay!

A perfect apartment for a short stay break.

Situated at the edge of the main Armacao de Pera promenade, its shops, restaurants and cafe's, this 10th floor apartment offers a spectacular view over the sea. The apartment is modern in design and is very well equipped with very comfortable sleeping facilities and furniture. The managers, Alexander and Karin were so approachable, welcoming and helpful in making our stay the best we've had in a while, helping out particularly with our travel arrangements.

Very isolated, nothing to do or go when weather not good. Beaches inaccessible to partially disabled with steps for every access. Having to use taxi to get to only beach without steps made holiday a lot more expensive

Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten, gemeinsam mit Freunden, einen Urlaub (7 Tage) an der Algarve gebucht. Flug und Apartment Buchungen waren sehr einfach gewesen. Unsere Freunde waren bereits mehrfach in diesem Gebäude gewesen. Wir hatten ein Apartment im 10. Stock. Die Aussicht war fantastisch. Blick auf das Meer und auf dem Strand. Einfach nur schön. Die Abwicklung mit dem Apartment ging sehr einfach. Wir hatten häufig Kontakt mit der Verwaltung. Als wir nach über zwei Stunden mit dem Auto vom Flughafen ankamen, wurden wir bereits von einer Mitarbeiterin mit den Apartmentschlüsseln erwartet. Die Übergabe und die Einweisung verlief sehr gewissenhaft. Das Apartment war schön geschnitten und sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Es gab sehr viele Handtücher. Die Erstausstattung mit Kaffee, Öl, Wasser und mit einer Flasche Wein war eine sehr nette Geste. Das Apartment war mit zwei volle Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche ausgestattet. Und dies ist der einzige Mango den ich auszusetzen habe. In dem einen Bad war der Platz für das WC so eng, das ein erwachsener Mensch Probleme (also ich hatte Probleme) hat sich drauf zu setzen. Im anderen Bad hatte man die Wand direkt vor der Nase wenn man sich auf dieser Toilette gesetzt hatte. Mensch Leute was soll das?? Baut doch ein vernünftiges Bad ein!!! Menschen mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigungen haben große Probleme diese Toiletten zu benutzen. Wie bereits erwähnt, dies ist, mit stinkende Abflussrohre, das einzige was nicht toll war.

Excellent stay

We stayed in this apartment for a week and it was one of our best rental experiences so far. The apartment is fresh with a good layout. The ocean view is amazing and we could sit there for long periods in the evenings. Parking in garage was a big plus considering that it was 30 degrees outside. The check-in was very good and we received detailed information for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better with the beach just across the street and everything you need within short walking distance. Can really recommend this apartment.
