We had an excellent few nights stay here. Very welcoming and easy to contact the host. Great area to stay, very quiet and the hobbit house was spotless and very well organised. We had our 6 year old who loved the splash pool and feeding the goats. We would stay here again if going to this area in Portugal. Excellent place.
The sofa bed here was so comfy.

Great stay here! Host was really helpful with instructions. Easy check-in. Air con worked great, pool was lovely. The kitchen had all the appliances/utensils you would need. Only suggestion would be to have salt, pepper and olive oil perhaps for guests to use

hobbit home in the countryside

It was an incredible stay. The hosts were all so accommodating and inviting. They even gave us great recommendations close by for food. I’m grateful we were able to hang out with their goats and livestock. Definitely a highlight amongst the cozy house. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic experience! The Hobbit House is compact but extremely comfortable and functional! The hosts were very kind and hospitable, offering us a welcome basket with fresh eggs, bread and orange juice. They also shared lots of excellent suggestions for places to visit and even shared homemade sausages and regional wine with us! The surrounding farm is very quaint and we enjoyed feeding the horse and goats! An added bonus was being able to hold newly hatched chicks! The farm is minutes outside of the town centre of Silves so you get a “hidden away” experience with quick access to all the amenities of the town nearby! Truly a wonderful spot and we would definitely come again!

Het huisje ligt heerlijk rustig en heeft vrijwel alles wat je voor vakantie nodig hebt. Silves is heel dichtbij, de andere Algarve hoogtepunten op maximaal een uur rijden. Contact met het contactpersoon was uitstekend; ondanks onze onhandigheden. Ze deed niet moeilijk om een kapot wijnglas en was razendsnel beschikbaar. Top vakantie gehad!

Barbecue, transat, hammac, etc...Une Petite ferme ou vous pouvez croiser 1 chat, 1 chien ou encore un cheval appartenant aux proprietaires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement avec les enfants. Petite piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir avec les grosses chaleurs. Des animaux coq poulets chèvres et cheval. Les enfants ont adoré. Silves est à 20 30 min des villages côtiers sympa à découvrir dans le coin. Parfait

Très sympa et bien situé pour tout visiter. Proprio sympa. Nous y avons passer 6 jours :programme plage et promenade le matin, et rentrer vers 16h pour finir la journee dans la piscine, avec une température de l'eau très agreable apres une mer fraiche et de fortes chaleurs car sejour en juillet. Je recommande vivement ce logement et pas besoin de reveil, le coq s'en charge, le plaisir de loger dans une ferme. Mon fils et moi avons adorer séjourner là.

Super logement, très propre, très jolie, très pratique. C'est super d'avoir une machine à laver, les supermarchés sont à moins de 10 minutes. Endroit calme avec les animaux. Les hôtes sont très disponible. Il y aussi 3 balançoires. La cascade d'Alte est incontournable.Je recommande!

Merci pour se séjour exceptionnel.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison de hobbit.L’arrivée est simple : une fois rendus à la barrière, il suffit d’appeler ou d’envoyer un message à l'hôte vua VRBO ou SMS ou WhatsApp. Sa mère était présente pour nous accueillir chaleureusement et nous faire visiter les lieux. L'anglais était suffisant pour se comprendre car on ne parle malheureusement pas le Portugais.À notre arrivée, la maison était bien fraîche grâce à l’air climatisé — un vrai soulagement après la route ! Le réfrigérateur était déjà en marche et bien froid, ce qui nous a permis d’y ranger directement nos aliments. Il y a une machine à laver et un rack à lingr pour sècher le tout. Petite remarque : la section congélateur ne semble pas très performante, elle ne congèle pas complètement. Pensez-y si c'est votre unique façon de garder vos aliments à votre départ comme nous.La propriété comprend une belle petite piscine, un peu fraîche à l’usage. Elle est couverte lorsqu’elle n’est pas utilisée, pour la protéger des feuilles et débris tombés des arbres. Le couvercle est très pratique, mais il empêche aussi l’eau de se réchauffer naturellement.La fin de l'avis si Gougl

sitio muy tranquilo y acojedor. Lo que no nos ha gustado es la ubicacion de la piscina, esta justo debajo de un arbol y esta siempre llena de hojas y semillas de los arboles, un coñazo la verdad.Al estar en el campo, en la casa habia telarañas y arañas.

Small but nice. Fine for a maximum of two nights. The mattress was worn out, so we switched to the sofa bed. Apart from that, it’s nicely done and the rural surroundings are beautiful.
