Absolutely gorgeous condo with a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor of a luxury building in the heart of Simpson Bay. Which is one of the best beaches on the island. Enjoy the pristine white beach and 50 shades of Blue right in front of you (direct beach access). The large open concept floor plan area features a dining area and a living room with a beach overlooking terrace. Additional features include a full kitchen, a TV in living room, in unit washer and dryer, and WiFi.
Being on the airport grid makes that we haven’t been affected by any electricity outages since October!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
