Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. I cannot rate this villa highly enough,it is virtually perfect.

Peace and quiet

The pool is the real draw here - completely private, well maintained gardens and the rest of the place is surrounded by fields. The views are beautiful. The interior of the house could do with a bit of updating. We stayed in July and the lack of air con was a real issue; we ended up having to hire one as the children couldn't sleep. Access to the washing machine (kept locked away) would have been handy too. Despite a few niggles, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our three week stay at villa Can Miquel. Ideally situated in the centre of the island, which worked well for us as we wanted to visit different resorts on days out. The inside of the villa is very clean and well equipped – suggested improvements would be the addition of a washing machine and aircon to the bedrooms. The pool area is very private and well maintained – one comment though is that the pictures have obviously been taken a long time ago and the trees and plants around the pool are very mature. The outside porch is superb for eating meals and sitting out of an evening. The hosts were extremely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and if we return to Mallorca we would stay in this villa again.

Best decision ever!

For our first visit to Mallorca, we were tempted to stay close to one of the many coasts. However we opted for Sineu because of its central location. We could not have had a better time on the island; largely because of the fabulous property. I kept pinching myself to make sure it was real. EVERYTHING was perfect. Gorgeous, well-appointed home, fabulous quiet setting, and xomplete privacy next to the private pool. Nobody could ask for more.

Great outside space

We really enjoyed our stay at Finca Can Miquel. The location, outside space, aspect and view are all exceptional. There is a compromise in that the inside is a bit dated but if outside space is your priority you should absolutely stay here. You won't be disappointed.

A perfect retreat

From start to finish, the booking of the property and the property itself were excellent. The villa was very well maintained and it was a great location to explore the island from. Sineu is a lovely town and we will definitely return to this area, if not this villa again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Alles wunderbar!!

Wir durften eine Woche in der wunderschönen authentischen Finca wohnen, es war herrlich! Der Eigentümer erwartete uns an der Finca und begrüßte uns herzlich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben so gut geduftet.Wenn wir nochmal nach Mallorca kommen, würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen!

Tolle Lage in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist älter aber der Zustand ist völlig okay und sauber. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Achtung: Der Gastgeber kann kein Englisch, daher ist es sinnvoll eine Übersetzungsapp zu verwenden. Zudem muss die Touristensteuer vor Ort in bsr bezahlt werden, daher sollte man schauen dass man passend bezahlen kann.

wunderschöne Finca, in sehr schöner Lage

Es waren traumhafte 11 Tage bei wunderschönen Wetter in dieser Finca. Alles super sauber und ordentlich, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet!!! Haus, Terrasse und Pool sind top! 100% Weiterempfehlungswert, Die Lage am Rand von Sineu ist super, 10min Fußweg bis zum Marktplatz. Die Lage in der Inselmitte ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in alle Inselbereiche Wir kommen Wieder!!!

Tolles Grundstück mit fantastischer Weitsicht

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der deutschsprechenden Agentur und das anschliessende Check-In mit dem Eigentümer (spricht nur spanisch) hat recht gut funktioniert. Übrigens beide, die Ansprechpartnerin sowie der Eigentümer sind sehr nett und bemüht. Das Internet hatte leider nicht funktioniert, wurde aber umgehend nach unserer Meldung durch den Anbieter professionell repariert. Topservice! Die Alleinlage am Dorfrand ist fantastisch und die Ruhe (trotz der Lage an der relativ wenig befahrenen Nebenstrasse) haben wir genossen. Der Dorfkern ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht und immer am Mittwoch lädt der Wochenmarkt in Sineu zum Verweilen ein. Im ca. 200m entfernten "Punt Verd" kann man bequem den Abfall bei Bedarf entsorgen. Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es zum Thema Sonnenliegen und Auflagen: Diese sind wirklich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Zudem ist aufgefallen, dass die Photos im Internet teilweise nicht mehr ganz der Realität entspricht. Die Aufnahmen sind wohl schon etwas älter! Alles in allem durften wir aber schöne Urlaubstage an einem tollen Ort mit grosszügigem Pool verbringen. Besten Dank!

Wunderschöne ruhige Finca

Die Finca hält, was sie verspricht. Das gesamte Grundstück ist wunderschön, Poollandschaft und Terrasse überragend. Von den Nachbarn hört und sieht man garnichts, der Blick in die umliegenden Felder ist sehr idyllisch. Die Ortsmitte von Sineu ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, man findet dort von Supermärkten über Restaurants bis Bars alles was für einen schönen Urlaub nötig ist. Im Haus selbst gibt es alles was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Miquel war sehr nett und hat sich sofort gekümmert als wir etwas brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Eva funktioniert ebenfalls super. Werden definitiv wieder kommen:)

Alles prima

Es ist eine sehr schöne und landestypische Fica. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausreichend und es gibt einen Gasherd mit Backofen. Der große Kühlschrank hat auch einen Gefrierschrank mit viel Platz! Der Pool ist durch eine automatische Reinigung prima gepflegt und die gesamte Grünanlage ist top! Die 4 Liegen am Pool könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen und auch die Auflagen! Badehandtücher wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Müll sollte sortiert werden und ein paar Schritte von der Finca entfernt hinter der Schule befindet sich eine Müllannahmestelle die täglich ab 10:00 Uhr geöffnet hat! Am Haustürschlüssel befindet sich ein Anhänger der muß bei der Müllabnahmestelle vorgezeigt werden! Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich in der Nähe und Mittwochs ist ein sehr grosser uns schöner Markt im Ort ! Von hier aus kommt man mit einem Auto wunderbar überall hin um die Insel kennenzulernen! Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind sehr nett und zuvorkomnend auch wenn sie spanisch sprechen klappte die Verständigung da wir auch noch Eva eine deutschsprachige Ansprechpartnerin hatten. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar so das es einfach ein ganz wundervoller Urlaub war den wir auf jedenfall wieder dort machen werden...

Maison spacieuse mais sans grande modernité

La maison est grande et très propre. Elle est à la sotie de la ville et proche d'une petite route un peu fréquentée. Pour un séjour en novembre elle manque de chaleur, nous avons eu froid, le petit radiateur éléctrique transportable n'était pas suffisant pour l'ensemble de la maison. La piscine n'était pas fonctionnelle même si trop froide pour la saison. Pas de machine à laver, ni de lave vaisselle...une modernisation des installation serait la bienvenue!
