An adjacent bathroom provides additional comfort.In the practical laundry room you will find a washing machine and a dryer, giving you the opportunity to keep your clothes fresh.

The open dining area is directly connected to a state-of-the-art and luxurious kitchen with an island. A home cook's dream, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The entire room is tastefully designed and exudes an atmosphere of exclusivity.

On the upper floor you will find a spacious and attractively designed living room with a flat-screen smart TV and a comfortable sofa area. Here you can sit back and relax, watch films or chat with your loved ones. The air conditioning ensures that you feel comfortable even on hot days.

The main tenant must be at least 25 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use.It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

Before arrival, the deposit of €500 must be paid to the owner by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer from the owner after the house has been handed over without defects.
