Pros: Excellent location near Mustafa centre and other shops and eateries. Renovated rooms 'look' good and it's affordable. Cons: Staff and customer service very unhelpful. We arrived in the evening to stay one night and were not told there would be loud maintenance done on the hotel that night and the next morning. This means we didn't have electricity, hot water or internet access. There was no manager onsite or contactable and the staff had no authority or willingness to offer any compensation or alternative solutions. Also as other reviewers have mentioned, the drainage in the bathrooms are very poorly designed, meaning the whole shower, toilet and basin area is flooded when someone has a shower, however brief. Very disappointing!

The hotel is called ‘recently renovated’ but it looks not very well done, the bathroom smelt of mould/damp where the room is so tiny and there is no window so I guess nothing dries. The water is like warm. The doors slam in the night, the lift is slow. They give you a kettle and a mug but no coffee to drink. I think for the price it isn’t worth it, location was good but that’s all

The room was clean, comfortable twin beds and we got fresh towels. However, the room size and hotel was misleading. They used the next door hotel building picture, AI to show the room as bigger, no consistent hot water, the aircon temperature was temperamental and the hotel has 3 different names. The staff said they have had a name change recently. I would not recommend staying here if you are two people sharing a room with suits cases. It was like playing jenga with our suit cases, just to get to the bathroom or out the door. No space.
