Bedroom and bathrooms were spotless. One of the reception staff, Niva Jasvan, was incredibly helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent - best of all the Transit hotels at Changi. I will definitely come back!

Nice pool and spa, but a bit dated and the spa was very cold. Room was nice and cosy - good for sleeping, but pretty pricey! Bathroom had a bit of wear and tear. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Easy checking process and very helpful staff. Nice room and meal. Basic breakfast but good. It’s an ideal place to stay if you have, or want, a long stopover in Singapore and need a dleep between flights.

The room was ok .would have been nice to have had robes to use to go to the swimming pool .The pool area was fabulous nice pool nice loungers.We had a meal while there and it was also very nice .the beds and pillows in the room were very comfy.i found the room cold but when I asked about turning the Aircon off I was told it was on a set 22.5 .so couldn't turn off .it would have been nice also if there had been a body lotion in the bathroom.we had a pleasant stay though .

We were not able to get to the hotel due to immigration requirements of showing the boarding pass which was not available due to check-in desk was not open until 4 hours before departure. We booked a 12 hours stay. Please reconsider to refund without penalty as weren’t notified of this restrictions when I spoke to your agent the day before the check-in date. She was notified of our flight departure but did not advise us otherwise of such restrictions. It was such inconvenience to wait and stay at the terminal for more than 12 hours without sleep. Please confirm that my complaints have been validated.

Appalling so called hotel, appalling staff and very dishonest about the so called hotel as its a very small room with no windows and shared bathroom, for 6 hours you have to share a dirty shower and toilet, add to this it was very noisy, awfull experience

Convenience is the greatest asset. Staff very well informed. Easy to find, a good locality, although small, a bed, towel and water jug are all that’s provided. Showers and toilets are close by. Bring warm clothing, although you will get a blanket, not too thick, if you ask. The room is very cold due to a fixed air con setting. A choice of six dishes is provided for your free meal. Once your time is up you can avail yourself the opportunity of killing time waiting for your flights by using the area where breakfasts are eaten. There is also extra showers and toilets here. It serves its purpose.
